Thank you to the NEW management for helping me resolve my membership issue that the previous management wouldn’t.
This place has declined over the past months and I can definitely see why. I don’t know how so many people get overcharged here constantly and nothing changes. I canceled my membership over a month ago and they still charged me. Unbelievable.
