One of the employees cussed me out for being on the wrong treadmill.
I love the gym and the accommodations. However, blocking all of the non-weight lifting areas at one time for an hour is incredibly disrespectful for the entire customer base. Do not get mad when someone decides to remain in an area DURING their current workout because 3+ trainers scheduled all of the areas for their sessions. Either learn to work around or allow them to finish!

Supposedly I can't cancel my membership because they tagged on a $60 'annual fee' that they were not able to take from my bank even though I paid for three months and was only there for 2. I moved from Mililani to Honolulu, so I was thinking about transferring to the other club, but their actions are all about money. After everything that keeps popping up in the news about their leader BJ Penn being arrested for harassing his mom I don't want to be affiliated with this club.
