Supposedly I can't cancel my membership because they tagged on a $60 'annual fee' that they were not able to take from my bank even though I paid for three months and was only there for 2. I moved from Mililani to Honolulu, so I was thinking about transferring to the other club, but their actions are all about money. After everything that keeps popping up in the news about their leader BJ Penn being arrested for harassing his mom I don't want to be affiliated with this club. The UFC gym is good but being a part of their membership sucks! I’ve never had so many problems and charges for no reason by any other gym than this one. I hate it. And customer support gives you a run around every time.

Thought this was open 254 hours, as shown on the schedule. However, now see that it closes early on Fri & Sat eves. I thought that meant that since the schedule shows 24 hrs Mon - Thur, it would be open by midnight Sun eve. (i.e., 12 am Monday). Not so. I arrived at 3:30 am, not open; a couple of other people were waiting as well. What's the schedule?
