Aside from the equipment and classes, I’m very happy with the staff and the atmosphere they create. Everyone feels familiar and comfortable, a true no judgment space.
It’s a great gym. Very nice people. I’ve never felt like I didn’t belong . Everyone encourages you .They don’t have to know you . Once u become a regular u feel at home. The coaches are super supportive and caring.
Love my gym, I’ve been going to classes for two years and I feel so much better 💪. Since I stared I think I’ve learned a lot and improved significantly. The gym is fantastic , parking is easy , the clases and the coaches are excellent
