A great place to challenge yourself if you're up to it.
The place is filthy. Used towels and half empty bottles as far as the eye can see. Any broken equipment normally stays unfixed for months. Nobody re-racks weight. Price and parking are the only perks
It's back time
This place rocks. It's clean and the trainers are frickin awesome. My favorite trainer is Rodney. All the other trainers are fandamntastic too

Ppl should NOT be spitting in the water fountains!!! Almost freakin threw up when i saw a loogie chillin' in there. Ppl put their faces close to that!!! Gross im traumatized.
BJJ classes are a great workout. You will learn a lot and have fun doing so. Instructors are amazing!!
