do not waste your money on this gym. They barely have any class schedules and when there aren't any classes the "gyms" doors are locked. There are some good instructors, but most of them are in worse shape than the members. They have now started using TRX equipment which is a complete waste of time. This gym has gone from a great boxing gym (la Boxing ) to an aerobic class. I am in the process of ATTEMPTING to quit the gym. I have called twice a day for the last two weeks. Good instructors and still one of the best workouts out there coming into this gym. I use to come to this location four days a week when it was still LA boxing. I also spared in the ring with some of the other fighters over the last two years when it was still LA boxing. I have recently returned to the gym after some time and understand there have been some issues. However, things are getting back on track and moving in the right direction again! I'm writing about how unprofessional The UFC Gym in Leesburg 20176 is. I've been trying to contact Krain (I believe is the GM) about my bill and how I can't pay it this month. Called 3 times this month about my situation (left 3 voice mails). No response and zero call backs. Even went to the gym personally and there's no one to help me with my situation. The instructors are great, however, how they handle individuals trying to cancel their membership is atrocious. They (neither employees nor management) ever answer the phones. I went into the gym on several occasions to notify them my desire to cancel, was told the message would be passed along to the manager. I tried to confirm this afterwards but either nobody answered the phone or when I visited the manager wasn't there and they assured me the manager would take care of it. This was last month.
