UFC la Mirada is such a great facility. When you walk into those doors you are greeted nicely. There’s always a machine available for you to work out in. The place is always clean. There are plenty of cleaning equipment if you need to clean up your machine. The bathrooms/ locker rooms are always clean. I love the hours that this gym operates and it works well with my schedule.
I love UFC gym so much to offer to keep you motivated to work out and stay healthy
Good gym with nice equipment. Music choice is way too loud and terrible. Way too crowded at times and too many kids running around
Expensive gym. I like the kickboxing and self defense classes! I used to like going to the Fullerton location unfortunately it closed down.
