Love this gym except for the interesting... cancellation policy... (cancel at least 21 days before next billing or get charged again no matter what!) I'm not gonna lie i do vaguely recall it being mentioned on signup... Still a terrible policy. Really sucks since I won't even be on the island to use my membership 🥲 But I'm fair. It's a great gym otherwise, so I'll give a solid 3/5.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I have had the worst experience working with UFC gym only for financial reasons. The equipment and staff are nice but I have experienced multiple billing issues since joining the gym. I have talked to staff and corporate multiple times about issuing a refund for a canceled add on and they either can’t help or don’t respond. This has cost me hundreds of dollars. Went into the gym asking for a membership with my card in hand ready to go, unfortunately Annesa told me that they were too busy and I could try again a hour later to see if a new membership specialist shows up. I guess I’m just going to keep my membership at 24 hour fitness then.

Just joined this gym. Bobby helped me with the sign up process. The gym itself has plenty of high quality machines and different areas to do whatever you want to do. What sold it for me was the child care. The room was very clean and well maintained. The ladies in there are very friendly and helpful! My daughter is terrified of people. However, when I went to pick her up, she didn’t want to leave. Very impressed with UFC Kailua! Thank you to all who have welcomed us with open arms!
