The gym is clean and good location… but be careful on their pricing… in my opinion would be a better idea getting a different gym with a gym contracts… we had basic memberships with this gym and our prices went up.. we checked our emails to make sure there was an email notification which we did not receive.. upon calling the gym a staff member told us “yes we increased the prices for the base memberships but OTHER MEMBERSHIP PRICES were left as they were. I've been to every main gym from White House to Gallatin. This gym is exactly what Sumner County has been asking for. Hours are perfect. Perfect combination of quality and cleanliness and professional atmosphere. Everyone who shows up is intentional. The vibes are immaculate. The culture behind the scenes is also very encouraging and built for success.
We used to come out to this area with our kids shop Barnes and Noble and then eat out at one of the restaurants nearby. Now, there is no reason to come to this plaza anymore.
Love this gym, everyone is awesome and very welcoming. Jason is the best, always on top of things helping in any way he can. Classes with Megin are the best she is the sweetest, we all love her. She’s helped me a lot these last 10 months and makes going everyday enjoyable. The kids club is also awesome they have a very nice schedule and the girls working there are the sweetest, my daughter loves them. Can’t say enough nice things about this gym love everything about it!
Tried out this gym on a whim bc it fit with my schedule- got a little worried about it being 430pm and packed, but really, it wasn’t so bad! Easy to navigate to what I needed. Loved sitting in the sauna to stretch after leg day. Big shout to Jason, the GM, who was so kind to me upon arrival! Looks like he’s doing a good job.
