1st night training and I loved it I don't think there is another gym out there where you get this much bang for your buck. They have high quality coaches in every single art, clean locker rooms, classes scheduled all throughout the day, and a gym to lift weights. Really a top notch facility highly recommended!
This gym and the people there are top tier. My son was basically non verbal and diagnosed with autism at 4 years old. He is now 15 and has been training at the gym for about 8 months. I have prayed for years for him to have the confidence that this gym has helped build. This gym is not just a gym. X Zen is a place full of humanity, love, encouragement hard work and dedication . I’ve improved dramatically ever since coach Lamar joined the gym, it came as a shock to me that he was laid off and not giving us a real reason why. The short time he was here is the time I improved the most, i’m disappointed that he was let go.
