I’ve been coming to the gym for about 6 months now, primarily BJJ. Great gym, clean facilities, and excellent coaches. Heard that Amy was joining the X-Zen team and I’m looking forward to it! Very personable and kind person. Hoping she can get back to those Muay Thai classes too!
Great to see Amy Carroll join the X-Zen team. Coming here for over 2 years now, they won't regret having her greet everyone coming through that door!
Love this gym. The environment is incredible. There's a lot of variety of different classes that's going on. Also, Amy is so cool! Always catering to everyone's needs and making sure you're okay! She's Going to be a great hire!
