Went to this gym very first time in Feb 2019. They graciously gave me a free trial class, and there was absolutely NO pressure to join. After looking at some other gyms that primarily offer just exercise equipment, or self defense studios that offer only classes, I signed up for a month to month plan with UFC, which has both training classes and a gym. I came in with pelvic injuries and was very scared of further injuring myself but I'm getting stronger and stronger every day and have already lost pounds and gained muscle mass. Very happy with my investment!
