I was apprehensive at first because I was a member at the previous gym and they had set such a high bar, I wasn't sure they would be able to match it. It took a while to get their ins and outs in order, but then they got some amazing instructors. Freddy and Sergio are both noteworthy and amazing instructors. My personal favorite howevee is Jay Ahn. He doesn't show mercy but isn't a jerk in the process, and works us hard but informatively, and with intention so I understand why he focuses on certain excercises within his sets... read more
