The Masters of Training not for the faint hearted . A regular with a group of friends FOCUS STRENGTH endurance . A lesson that must be learnt for WEAK females in a creche . Expensive they have 2 pay
Excellent gym, great price compared to the likes of Fit Stop with all inclusive coach sessions!
Clean, organised, and safe gym. Friendly approachable staff with a wealth of knowledge. Always out to support your goals and, in our case our Child's goals too. Classes for all sorts of strengthening and I use their daycare while I have PT sessions. All round amazing team.
