The cleanliness of this facility is appalling given that some members pay an excess of $100 per month! I’m amazed the health inspector has not shut down this club due to violations in the shared pool area, sauna, steam room and men’s locker room. I went to this gym for a year, did my exercises, and went about my business until I left my items in the locked locker forreason beyond my control. I didn't believe it would matter because it was locked. But they broke my lock and threw away my workout bag, clothing, shoes, boxing gloves, and more without notice. They didn't know the conditions and ignored my emails. I like how they broke into the locker, but they don't maintain the gym. Edit: This place is infested with Sewage Flies. Anyone thinking of signing up please do yourself a favor and do some light research here on how disgusting they are and how filthy the bathrooms need to be in order to get this bad. I'm not sure how this place is still in buisness with how dirty it is. Can anyone tell me what that disgusting YELLOW stain is in the broken hot tub that has been like that over a year? I call two weeks a go trying to change the membership that I been have it for the past year. I had to do it from the phone because I’m not in the state. The people that help me that day they were super helpful. They just told me to wait and call back before the 30. I call today the 28th to make the change and I spoke to a guy his name was Gugin in the phone that laughed at my face while I was trying to explain the situation. He said he was the manger.
