Group classes are nice but I hated the first step of registration. The Gym Tour + explanation took over 1 hour, I felt it was like a bait and switch. Attracted by inexpensive membership, we ended up signing up for personal training for my husband(very expensive), extra money for group classes(Zumba/Yoga) for myself, extra money for kickboxing classes for my husband. I said "NO" at least 5-6 times that I do not want personal training. Quite frustrating.
I like the gym. No one racks their weights so I don’t end up doing half my work out because I don’t feel like getting hurt taking off someone else’s weights. I’ve been to many gyms and the gym etiquette is the worst I’ve seen. I’ve mentioned it to management and they said they knew it was a problem but no one has done anything yet. Maybe have someone walking around reminding people or send out a mass email something. Won’t be renewing my 1 year membership this spring if it’s not better by then.
Excellent facility. Great staff, friendly and informative. Clean gym. Well maintained.
