Ive had memberships to 4 different gym before signing up for UFC Fit and this is by far the worst. The weight rack is ALWAYS a mess, the staff does not clean the place, paper towels are always out, and the list goes on. There’s been a water bottle in the same spot for the last 2 days which is a clear indicator that the staff isnt cleaning the gym floor. Just awful…
Yamile is the best manager! So helpful and friendly. I love this gym.
I have a love hate relationship with this gym. Pros: almost 24 hours and has a large variety of equipment, very spacious and there’s parking. Cons : sauna smells, nobody follows the directions in the pool area and there is a sign near the hot tub that ask clients “not to pee on the floor”. I visit this gym almost every other day and the locker room/ shower cleanliness is horrendous, almost the worst I’ve seen. UFC Wayne is always dirty and the front desk is useless. Then they have the nerve to get an attitude because they can’t help you. UFC Paramus is the much better alternative. Don’t waste your time here
This is your daily reminder that the hot tub was broken for over a year with zero communication from management. Last time it rained they just put buckets out to fix the problem, don't expect any communication you just have to deal with these issues while paying full price. How has this cleared health inspection? Its been like this for over a year!
