Ive been coming here for about 6 months when NW fitness decided to do us dirty and shut down with a one day notice. When I first came here it was clean, AND paper towels were always stocked. Now you come in and you have to go to paper towel dispenser to paper towel dispenser to find paper towels to clean the machines. The floor and machines are getting increasingly dirty, its so disgusting, the benches are looking run down and not kept up the machines are noisy and breaking down. If i could leave no stars i would be satisfied, I tried to cancel my membership in person because i was getting deployed to S. Korea (U.S Army) Btw and the lady at the desk said "Ok you are good, bye" i continued getting charged every month AS IF I WAS STILL GOING TO THE GYM AS A MEMBER. MORE THAN $200, I later called and told them and they said "Yea you never cancelled" I was furious. I was never compensated or anything. EDIT: From one star to four. The staff is great and TRULY deserve 5 stars, the staff is friendly, attentive, they listen to what i have to say and I love having conversations with the ones that I do. Unfortunately, The staff isn't the only part that creates the environment of a gym. The other customers do as well and that is where it falls short.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a gym. The staff is rude and and they make decisions without contacting the proper authorities to make sure the information they have is correct. Thank god they have a corporate office…….
