The staff have always been pleasant and I love doing my workouts here. But you guys really need to do something about about the cleanliness of the locker rooms- at least the women’s! You used to have a roll of paper towels that we could clean up the water left on the floor when we walked into the locker area after showering Not any more. Well, I was shopping around for a gym. And this one looked nice, i'm an ex boxer of 12 years and thought it was cool to see a u f c inspired gym unfortunately after looking at the reviews i think I will take my money elsewhere
Hung up on me while talking
The staff here are very rude and confrontational, especially the new operations manager Savannah. Savanna hung up the phone on me twice, yelled at me and was being very unpleasant to deal with. I have been a member here since 2023 and unfortunately have prepaid my membership until 2027. I regret this decision as the gym and staff have been steadily going down hill for a long time. DO NOT prepay a membership here because they will not reimburse you if you want to cancel early even if they are at fault. Very predatory practice... read more
