I’ve been a member of ufc since their opening , in the past year the gym is getting worse …. Machines are super dirty , there is not cleaning stuff anywhere, they use fabuloso in the spray bottles which in my opinion doesn’t kill bacterias , there isn’t stuff to clean the machines such as paper or wipes ever !
I had one of the worst gym experiences with this gym. Like many others have said, I strongly recommend staying away unless you want to deal with misleading sales practices and extremely poor customer service. I originally paid for a full year membership. Halfway through the year, a salesperson convinced me that my membership had expired. I was confused, but he was very manipulative and pressured me into signing up for an entirely new membership. Very nice gym. Big, well-equipped. Lots of classes. Unfortunately the Muay Thai class is actually just a kickboxing conditioning class.
