I had one of the worst experiences with UFC FIT Plantation. Back in April 2025, I signed up for a free trial. Before the trial expired, I told the sales rep I wasn’t ready to commit since I wanted to compare other gyms in the area. I was told that was fine, but they insisted I “leave my information in the system” so that if I came back later, everything would already be set up. I was explicitly told I would not be charged. Changed my review. Place turned into a dump!! Filthy with broken machines that don't get fixed. Wanna be "influencers" camping on machines with tripods everywhere. Staff is great but don't take ownership of cleanliness and equipment maintenance. I've been in gas station bathrooms cleaner than theirs. Good luck getting paper towels even when they used to have freshly folded towels that are long gone. They lower the rates and hence lowered the class of clients. People do not rerack weights anymore. I signed up at UFC Fit on July 15th for 3 memberships at $250/month. On the very first day, I was told the system was having issues and that I’d be charged $267 just once, then $250 going forward. That never happened — I was charged $267 again the following month. When I called to fix the billing, I was told multiple times that the manager (Curtis) would call me back. He never did. Este gym es una mierda, las instalavuones las tienen todas sucias, los trabajadores no hacen nada, te cobra extra por error del personal y su solucion es darte recovery por un mes? Quien los mando a cobrarme dos mese por error? La verdad que estoy totalmente disgustado con el servio
