For a $50/month membership (when other gyms charge $20), the maintenance is unacceptable. Many machines have torn seats and pads that are uncomfortable and can even scratch your skin. Management does not seem to be properly overseeing equipment repairs or cleanliness. For the price we pay, the facility should be much better maintained.

For the price unbeatable, changing my review because i actually was going at the wrong hours and it was always packed, 10:30pm onwards its sweet, could use some clamps for the squats racks but thats it.

I was a dedicated member at UFC Gym Plantation for 3–4 years and truly enjoyed my experience there — until a recent interaction with management that ultimately led me to cancel my membership. I typically train alone and occasionally work out with a friend. During one workout, my friend asked for quick guidance on her sumo deadlift setup. I do not recommend this gym or any of the managers/staff here. The customer service and level of respect is zero. I joined this gym last year through AAPTIV. They hounded me every time I walked in about getting other people to join. Finally I place the add-on through UFC themselves at $18 a month to bring somebody in with me. I was assured my MATT that if I ever canceled my aaptiv account it would cancel my membership with UFC which would also cancel my add-on. I’ve been a member of ufc since their opening , in the past year the gym is getting worse …. Machines are super dirty , there is not cleaning stuff anywhere, they use fabuloso in the spray bottles which in my opinion doesn’t kill bacterias , there isn’t stuff to clean the machines such as paper or wipes ever !
