After getting a wrong diagnosis I was able to bring my horse in for a second opinion and I made the right decision. King does not have a bone infection! Thank you to the doctors and staff and Lori at the front desk she was the kindest person.
I had to travel with my cat, which I had to get a certificate for. They explicitly told me to call them when I had the travel dates. When I called them to schedule an appointment, they told me they were booked for 2 months and could not help me at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
So far I've been there twice and the girls up front have been pleasant. My time waiting to be seen was moments and it passed even faster when there was k00l people in the waiting area that luvd Bodhi. Doctor was straightforward and not pushy like my old vet at Lake Panasoffkee of which I'll never go back to because i was bullied, so ley me return to my positive review of UF. My dog has a whole in her stomach I came in they said oh and it will be a 6 hour wait time I got here at 9 as of 1pm I still haven't been seen i got told that it will be quick that is why I came here
