After suffering a loss at 16 weeks at our 18 weeks ultrasound 8/22/24, today we went at 20 weeks went to this facility to do our anatomy Ultrasound. Our appointment was for 10 AM and we were told that My Husband and our children must wait in the lobby and I said absolutely not especially after what I went through this is not Covid and when I called no one told me that my children were not allowed in the ultrasound room. April 4, 2024 my routine prenatal appointment was scheduled with Sarah Reso. Now if you go to their website Sarah’s bio is about how she wants to help women & there’s such a lack in women’s healthcare & that she wants to be a shining light. At my appointment I was 29w 1d & had been to my fair share of prenatal appointments at this time. My wife is a high risk pregnancy due to epilepsy. On our third visit the NP was pushing vaccines that had neurological warnings and asked why we cared about those then said “oh, you have epilepsy”… numerous bad experiences here and were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in this office as they never seemed to be on the same page. The only bright side was the lady who did my wife’s ultrasounds was fantastic.
This office has the nicest staff. Despite being understaffed , they try their best and are very professional. You can't blame them for not having enough coworkers, these ladies are amazing!
