My son has been coming here for years and when I came in to inquire about my son appointments apparently it was a miscommunication in scheduling because he never has appointments on Wednesday. When front desk female was asked about what was going on she automatically became irate stating his appointment was on the 13th but he didn’t show. I met with Yesenia Malave for appointments related to my urology health. She was kind, compassionate, understanding and very professional dealing with some uncomfortable and challenging conditions and procedures. First time at this office to go over my father’s current health issues. We met with Yessenia and she was very thorough in going over his history and what to expect in the future; pleasant to meet with. All of the office staff was welcoming and made this visit as pleasant as can be.
