Posting for a young family member, who visited her primary care doctor today (and for only the second visit without her parents.) She left feeling flustered and upset due to the front desk staff and front desk supervisor. A complaint has been filed with an UF patient advocate. This person encountered an unexpected $30.00 co-pay (for a follow up appt), and explained to the front desk receptionist that she did not have payment with her. Fast, friemdly and knowledgeable!
Horrible service ! Can’t get anyone to call you back! They fill prescriptions but when you get to the pharmacy nothing has been called in! This is place is run like it’s out of a garage ! Don’t waste your time here ! Go to a real Office !
