The doctor demonstrated little caring or empathy for the patient causing great disappointment and despair. Previous MRI's and X-rays were quickly scrolled through. Patient's history was unimportant to the doctor as she demonstrated a cold demeanor. Patient was rushed in before appointment time and doctor walked in while the nurse was speaking to the patient.
