I went here to be tested for cancer they pursued me after I canceled my appointment I asked him to confirm that I needed a referral and that they had my information for insurance confirmed the day of my appointment a month later I take off work come across the largest city in the nation and the lady inside not very nicely inform me oh that was the other manager she's not here now and your insurance is no good and your referrals not here you require one
I have been seen at this location by these Wonderful Professionals over 6 years at this address. When they were called FROG on Kingsley I went to be helped over 12 years. I haven't changed because they are the Best.
I have been coming here for 3 months. The 2 ladies at the front desk, greet you as soon as you walk in. The nurses that bring you to the back to take your vitals, are super friendly. My Dr. Yan Makeyev, is amazing! He takes his time with me. He answers all of my questions and explains my lab work to me. The technicians in the lab, are super friendly. I have been going here for 3yrs and from the Ladies at the front desk to my doctor Yan Makeyev they are so nice and caring, They find a way to put a smile on your face and are truly concerned about your care & how you're feeling there even if you come just to do bloodwork.
