Worst Hospital...... I took my daughter for an allergic reaction and was never given a room and then the doctor came in and instead of the doctor feeling my daughter's stomach for whatever they check for she told me to feel her stomach and asked me what it felt like then the doctor stated that they don't do anything that has to do with allergies and sent us home.

This place is the rudest slowest ER in all of Ocala! Don’t go there if you need anything serious because they can’t really do much and they’ll just send you up to Shands. So unless you’re dying, just drive to Gainesville because if they send you in an ambulance there you will be over 4-6 hours waiting on that.

Absolutely the best emergency department, staff and medical personnel were top flight. First time using UF health , couldn’t have been more pleasant experience.

I went due to severe ear pain, fullness after flight. I verified this place was in network and co pay. I tell them I'm allergic to penicillin and percocet at desk. I get called back to a girl in all hot pick with matching hot pink nikes and drenched in perfume (I have severe environmental allergies). She asks me my allergies, again I say penicillin and percocet. One of the ladies from the front comes to triage to tell me my co pay $300. I've been here three times already with family members and myself. Excellent care. We needed this here in Ocala. P.S.: Google maps address is not accurate. It brings you 5 minutes away from the hospital. It needs to be corrected.
