This place is the worst!! My girlfriend went for back pain. She was told they needed to do an MRI which they don’t do there so she would have to be transported to Shands in Gainesville. 6 hours later and still waiting on an ambulance to take her up to get an MRI. No one in any kind of hurry and complaining about patients at the nurses station, just rude staff in general. Might as well just drive up to Gainesville at least their staff is friendlier at Shands.

To begin, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the prompt attention I received. However, I noticed a few concerning issues during my visit. Firstly, I was not weighed at any point during my appointment. Additionally, my blood pressure was taken through a thick sweater, and I was not informed that the reading was high.
