It was my first time there, and I was taking care of very professionally.
I took my dad to have bloodwork and the staff were wonderful! Manuela in registration was wonderful, we did not have a paper script and she quickly located it in the system. She was so sweet and helpful!
The staff here from the front desk to the girls in the back are fantastic. I give you 10 stars!!!!!!
DO NOT use this lab facility if you have a Medicare Advantage Plan with UHC - UF Health has changed there affiliation with UHC and what did cost for a blood test at this facility that was In-Network was a $0 Co-Pay. But now the Co-Pay that I paid on 12-16-25 was $35. UF Health has made this an 'out patient' lab facility. ***** The employees there are still the friendly professionals that where there before UF Health took control of this facility *****
