Been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to find out if I can walk in for blood work or if I need to make an appointment. Nobody answers the phone.
I love this lab. The team at Ocala HB are excellent. I'm so glad the phone number is working when I try to get them on the phone. It's been a great time calling them and getting an answer when I call.
No one answers the phones!! Pathetic
Phone number has not worked in over a week. When I call a different department at Heath Brook, they tell me they cannot transfer me to the Lab to book or help me book but confirmed I am calling the correct number. So 2 weeks later and I am still unable to move forward with care for my high risk pregnancy. Not a great way to give your patients any form of confidence in your ability to care for them.
Every time I’ve used this lab I have had a good experience. They are quick to get you in and the staff have always been very kind and professional.
