Poorly staffed lab, does not take appointments, when walking in there's sometimes a sign on the door that says 'sorry for the inconcenience" or they are at lunch 1 to 2 pm. Never have worked with a lab that has not takne patients for a lunch break.
No one answers the phone... show up and lab is closed... same for the urgen care in ocala.... why not update your info???
No one ever answers the phone. This facility is a joke. I had been calling for days no answer. So I sent my husband into the building and called....3 employees up front talking and chatting about life and bs...and guess what no one answered the ringing phone.
Been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to find out if I can walk in for blood work or if I need to make an appointment. Nobody answers the phone.
I love this lab. The team at Ocala HB are excellent. I'm so glad the phone number is working when I try to get them on the phone. It's been a great time calling them and getting an answer when I call.
