I rearranged my work day, drove to Jax, waited 30 minutes, and left. Still not checked in. Was told I had to wait on the other front desk person to arrive who could take payments. If there is inadequate staff to process patients, why not call the afternoon appointments and reschedule? Extremely disrespectful of my time.

Had my mammogram performed here today,clean ,friendly staff.Technician was very friendly and pleasant. Not as uncomfortable as I thought it would be.

I came with my dad which have 72 year old, I ask to the coordinador Sheila if she can ask for help and ask if my dad can pass to do the test asap because my dad can old to go to the bathroom, and the appointment was only 10min away. BUT for my dad is a torture, and this Lady was so entitled no empathy at all she was saying he has to wait. A will not recommend this location.

Best imaging center I have been to in Jacksonville. Easy to register medical history online, took me back within minutes of checking in, images easy to complete, back in my car in less than 20 minutes, and they take my insurance. This is now my place for mammograms and any other images they can do!
