Such a ridiculous office. Every time you have an appointment there, they cancel last minute after you, as the patient, wait for months to get an appointment. One time they cancel on my brother in law while we were sitting there in the waiting room. Today, after my husband waited for his appointment for 3 months, they canceled on him just a few hours before he was supposed to be there and they expect him to get a new one in 2 more months. I hate this place at this point.
Don't let the negative reviews fool you, this place is world class with excellent staff on site! The doctors, practitioners, nurses, everyone will make sure your needs are met. Just be patient and understand that even UF are just people and have a million things on their plate but I know for a fact each one of them care tremendously and will get to each one of their patients promptly. Life is hectic. You will not find a better clinic.
Dr O'Dowd is great. Kind and takes time to listen to everything. Very happy with her. Short wait times and office staff very friendly.
Makes me sad that more hasn’t been done to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction with this office. Rude, condescending staff that have no business taking care of others.
