Horrible experience. Took my son to establish as new patient after long wait for appointment. Like others stated no insurance information in their system even though all his info in MyChart with UF Health. Nurse practitioner Ursula Crews was horribly rude. Never once looked at my son. Just asked basic questions and refused to give his much needed referral to a neurologist. She nastily stated she didn’t have time only 6 minutes to complete her visit. The wait WITH appointment is beyond ridiculous . They do not care for your time , but if you show up late they mark you and everyone, not fare for patients . If I could give a cero I would . Not recommended at all.

Elizabeth hall is an INCREDIBLE provider. Always listens to my concerns, offers possible solutions and alternatives, never makes me feel belittled or anything.
Can't recommend this facility. Not up to a reasonable standard of care. Poor medical snd administrative staff.
