I chose this healthcare office based on Dr. Vastey’s exceptional credentials and the association with Shands. It has been 3 plus years and she has been a great Dr. to me. She and all the nurses that have taken care of me are amazing and talented. My chart is effectively updated and tests, prescriptions and results ready. Lab work is so quick and painless. Technician is very friendly and professional. I am very happy here.

My experience has been a complete nightmare, I will not be going back to this practice. After scheduling my yearly check-up quite a few months ago, I get cancelled two days before it's supposed to take place. Instead of finding me an alternate doctor, I get pushed for end of November. That only pushes my yearly later and later as my insurance will not understand any reasoning behind the delay. I've called twice asking if there's anyone else but they won't allow it. Completely and utterly ridiculous.

Exceptional place! The staff is polite and helpful. Even the telephone staff goes out of their way to address issues. Dr Vastey is a great doctor. She takes time to listen, is knowledgeable and seems to care about me as a patient. Could not understand the poor ratings that were posted!

Lydia at the front desk was phenomenal! She went out of her way to help me. It was complicated, but she did not blink an eye and was able to get the job done. Thank you, Lydia.
