To be honest, my experience with the women’s health center was great. I was seen roughly 15-20 minutes after my appointment and staff were super friendly. On the other hand, I had to get my blood drawn on the first floor and the black lady that completed my blood draw was absolutely rude. When the energy was matched, it was clearly a problem though. You would think I knew her from some where with the way she was rude. No customer service skills at all and it was an uncomfortable experience. Train your staff!!

Took off work for an appointment. 30 minutes after the appointment time they called us back to get vitals just to tell us they’re 45 minutes behind on patients and that we’d have to go back into the waiting room to wait almost an hour. No warning, no call, no mention of this at check in; just let us sit for 30 minutes just to have to leave because there’s no way that we’re able to wait over an hour and a half just to go in the back area and wait longer to see the doctor.
