The regular consultation fee is over 400 US dollars. The staff at the front desk have an extremely bad attitude. The doctor cancels the appointment 20 minutes before the agreed time. Don't choose this place!
The office staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, can be heard talking about patients, doctors, and other staff while sitting in the waiting room & patient room. Jennifer Scott and Dr. Pittman are Great, compassionate, and informative. The front office staff leave A LOT to be desired. Also, if you're going to get sick, you should plan it and call for an appointment weeks in advance, as you cannot get in for weeks when you NEED to. They have no wiggle room with that.
I see Amber Pittman MD for all my medical needs. Both staff and Amber are efficient, companionate, and professional. I highly recommend coming here for primary care.
