The office staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, can be heard talking about patients, doctors, and other staff while sitting in the waiting room & patient room. Jennifer Scott and Dr. Pittman are Great, compassionate, and informative. The front office staff leave A LOT to be desired. Also, if you're going to get sick, you should plan it and call for an appointment weeks in advance, as you cannot get in for weeks when you NEED to. They have no wiggle room with that.

I see Amber Pittman MD for all my medical needs. Both staff and Amber are efficient, companionate, and professional. I highly recommend coming here for primary care.

When you establish care with a provider and they suddenly go to a different facility, you ought to be informed where they went. The staff was abrupt and rude about where my provider went, offering no assistance or compassion for my desire to have continuity of care. I’m rather disappointed and will be leaving the facility when I find my provider.
