I wish we NEVER would have come here. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office! Over the past several weeks I have either gone into this office or spoken to people on the phone trying to get my child’s prescription and their referral to another doctor. "Incompetent" does not even begin to describe the level of care at this practice. I have been a patient here for years, taking the exact same medication (Vyvanse), yet their compounding administrative failures have left me without my prescription for over two weeks. My doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy incorrectly not once, but twice, using the wrong DEA number associated with a different state (Florida). I’m no longer a patient there due to my insurance, but I came in to get my medical records for MEPS already signed the release form about 2 weeks ago and then come in today to pick them up due to me calling and them saying it was good for them to print it out and ready, I get to the st Mary’s office and they have no clue and were trying to get me to sign another release form when I’ve already filled it out. Their drs are amazing, but their medical records staff is not.
LOVE the doctor we see here but can NOT say the same for the old lady receptionist! She needs a refresher course on greeting patients with kindness.
Can’t get my meds because this office can’t figure out how to send prescriptions correctly and of course you can’t call the office directly.
