This place is great... except for the lying receptionist. This old lady looks at you like your not worth the effort it took her to look up from her computer with a tone to match. This is the 2nd time I needed a paper signed for daycare that this lady personally delayed it. She lies and told me no one was available to sign when it's been nearly 48 hours for a sinular signature. I was stubborn with her and wouldn't you know it, not 2 minutes later the paper was signed. Spoke to the clerk about an appointment. She was unprofessional and argumentative. Had to cancel appointment.
Terrible people working the front desk! Me and my wife took our son to the hospital yesterday afternoon for having symptoms of RSV and while we were on our way to the hospital, my wife made an appointment for a follow up the next day. When we go today for his appointment they said “we don’t have you in the schedule” when I clearly saw my wife make the appointment. This isn’t the first time this happen. They need to find people who can actually keep track of appointments.
I absolutely love coming here, it’s always a pleasure! My doctor, Ms. King is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for a more caring and understanding doctor. If you’re tired of your primary care doctor not listening to your needs and/or not addressing your concerns, please make an appointment with Ms. King and I promise you that you will not regret it! Out of all my doctors, she is the best. Every staff member there has the same energy and is great! Very thankful that I am in such good hands.
I’m very impressed with my provider Kathryn Taylor NP. I feel like she’s really listening to my questions and concerns and she’s truly a patient advocate.
