Dishonest Billing and a Frustrating Experience I am writing this review to warn others about the billing practices at this office. I scheduled an annual physical, a service my insurance covers in full. During my appointment, I went over my blood work with the doctor, which is a standard part of a physical exam. To my surprise, the office fraudulently submitted the claim to my insurance as a "follow-up visit" instead of an annual physical. The providers are pathetic that work at this medical group, they want do anything to help your medical illness besides brushing you off and having the nurse to check your bp and temperature and then sending you back out the door, and the provider for that visit will still collect off of the patient medical insurance plan all for nothing even though the provider know that she/he didn't do anything to help you or your medical health concerns the reason for the visit, now that is alarming, extremely unprofessional and bad busin... read more
They treat me with respect, and are very thorough. Results with Shands are usually same day. I have access to my chart at all times.
I have never been treated as poorly as the staff at this clinic. I feel like they could care less about their patients no compassion at all. They seem to be burned out if they can’t care about the patients they should find a new job.
