I have been trying to sort a problem for over a year. We returned some goods purchased previously and we were credited. I have been slowly using the credit to buy product, however, the last purchase i made was charged. On request of the details of the account, i could see where the credit amount left on our account had been journalled out. I have had no explanation and no-one is getting back to me after chasing this up for at lease 3 months. They are just ignoring the issue.
Absolutely great customer service, been here a few times for my son with 4wd rubber / pinchweld . Will be back
Easy to deal with, plenty of parking out the front. Minus the minimum length to order all was good. Chap who served me was great, they have a little shop inside and a discount table.
Thanks to the staff at UES who assisted me with parts needed to get my van back on the road. Your help was fantastic and great customer service!
