I came in around 2:30 on Sunday and I spoke to an awesome guy named Carson! (Hope I spelt his name right) I can honestly say I haven’t ever experienced such great customer service like this in a long long time. He was So knowledgeable and friendly! I came in, not really knowing what I wanted to get, and he gave me some recommendations that I gotta say were spot freakin on!! Definitely gotta go see him again!
I came by today on july 17th. The person who helped us whose name was Carson was so helpful gave us a couple different options and very knowledgable about the product all while having a smile and good customer service skills. I hope the management reads this and values Carson as people like that will make customers come back just for the experience!!
Posting this on July 16 2026. This place is a joke of a business. Sold me flower that was packaged a year ago. Dry as hay. I wont be returning. Ill be giving my business to the BC gov cannabis store in langley moving forward. Same prices, fresher product.
This is the best dispensary in Langley and the surrounding areas by far. If you’re with your kid, they will take their great service & meet you outside. Free T-shirt on your birthday! And as for Samantha, there should really be more people like her out in the world. Actually all the staff have been great, but especially her. She really brightened my entire day. Thank you so much.
