if insurance a no stars i would but then you reading this wouldn't know how horrible this insurance company is if you plan on using this insurance please don't and if you are making a claim you are better off making a claim through your own insurance since December until now and still my car isn't fixed they cant provide updates please if you need insurance please don't use this one

DO NOT insure with this company. Rude and nasty service from Marisol , the supervisor and the service is horrible.
I was involved in accident with the driver with this insurance company. I reported the accident to my insurance company along with the police report. it was ruled as no fault at all since I was side swiped from the behind. It is very unfortunate to be strucked from behind to begin with. But I was also unlucky that I have to deal with the insurance holder of this UEG company. This insurance company doen't do anything. Worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. The claims department does not answer phone calls and there is zero communication. I was completely ignored despite repeated attempts to reach someone. When I did reach operators, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. This company shows no accountability to policyholders or claimants. I do not understand how they are allowed to operate in Chicago with this level of service. I have filed complaints with the Illinois Department of Insurance and will be pursuing further action.
