HORRIBLE!! Your at least waiting an hour for someone to pick up, AND they keep telling me my adjuster called but no one has called ME , every time I am transferred to her I go to the voicemail
REPORT TO DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE! This was the only way I was able to get ahold of them. They ignored calls and emails for months and even denied ever receiving emails that were sent them. Incredibly unprofessional company.
The people who work for this crooked un legitimate insurance company are the worst of the worst! Professional scammers! They have been stalling for months with the lie that they can’t get a hold of their policy holder as the reason why they can’t fix my car and now they sent me a letter saying they wont take responsibility for the damages! I wish I could give them 0 stars! You guys will pay for this!
This company will use stall tactics to make you use your own insurance to cover their clients accidents. Best option is to file a complaint with the state of Illinois and go after the driver in small claims court to force them to move forward with the claim. The office provides no solutions to getting your vehicle fixed even with a police report. They will also not provide a rental so if you are involved in an accident with someone covered by them be prepared for small claims and having no vehicle for several months. Terribl... read more
Worst insurance company ever, they’re extremely unprofessional & will have you waiting 30 minutes on the phone. One of their drivers rear ended me at a red light. They’re now giving me the run around & claiming they’re waiting for the auto body shop to respond, I’ve been in full communication with the shop. I suggest you get a lawyer if you ever have to deal with these people.
