Nystrom & Associates left me between a rock and a hard place. I have not seen my doctor for over a year because my out-of-pocket insurance co-pay is $250. Then I lost my job. There is a program with the State of Minnesota to help disability candidates get a job. Nystrom refuses to sign the paperwork that would allow me access to the program without a $250+ office visit. For those without insurance, they indicated the price is $460. I have zero income but Nystrom refused to help.
