I think if I say typical used car salespeople, that says it all. I felt, as an older woman, undervalued and I didn't like being treated as though I was stupid. I sat, alone, in a room for more than 15 min while he was off doing I don't know what...something about the car not being ready for a test drive. I drove the car, I felt it trying to veer to the left so I told him about that. Great customer service and looking out for the customer instead of just adding parts to the service to make more money.
The staff in the service department are always polite, helpful.. the area is kept clean everytime I have been there...it's a little pricey..
