Write this on my family behalf….when one of my family member came here did implant about 4 years ago and promised for a 10 year warranty in Chinese verbally…and signed a contract in English which never mentioned anything about warranty. Of course….We came back to ask for additional information and they just denied anything they promised previously. All 4 implants came off after 4 years…I guess you need to do 10 implants in order to get a full warranty they promised 🤷♂️
我想知道有没有跟我一样，1年前销售忽悠忽悠，一次性交了6000，结果一年过去了，现在牙还没直完，连有一颗需要换个牙冠都没弄，（之前医生不是有事就是换医生）现在要弄牙冠，然后，告我可能不行，需要去专科额外花钱杀神经，要么也植牙。那当初开始时候怎么不提前说，换牙冠要等一年才开始吗？ 之前态度是很差。现在换了一批新人，态度是很好，但历史遗留问题，不能让消费者买单吧。
