Absolute worst management in NYC. Never rent from them.
I went to look at an apartment last Friday, everything is within my budget and I have a voucher from HPD (section8) I am move in ready I spoke to a leasing agent, they took copies of my documents and set an appointment with me to meet with a manager.... I took off of work so I can be there at the meeting to discuss moving forward however, when I spoke to the woman on the phone (whom I won’t name for the sake of professionalism) she told me that “the building does not take section 8” in a demeaning manner.
