When I was investigating using uDirect they salesman was extremely responsive, which was a pleasant change from my past experience. Unfortunately, after I was handed off to an account manager for my first investment the responsiveness fell off precipitously. The deal did not go smoothly, due to no fault of uDirect--the people putting together the deal had no experience with IRAs. It is difficult to deal with UDirect. I keep several different atypical investments with them and a recent private company was sold to a public. I have been trying to transfer the public shares back to my brokerage for 6 months now but after completing the paperwork multiple times they drop the ball. I do not recommend this company now and they seem nonplussed about my dilemma. I work with multiple financial companies and put UDirectIRA in the bottom 20%
