My previous dentist was Dr. Craig Potter whom I had as my trusted dentist for many years. Dr. Charng bought his practice and for some time now he as exceeded my expectations. He is not only a really good dentist but he is kind, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Charng did a crown for me on a day the office was actually closed. He worked without an assistant and the whole process was seamless. Dr. Steven Charng and his staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Charng was gentle, took his time to examine my mother’s teeth, and then educated me about the plan for her care so that she can have the best smile and comfort. I would 100% recommend Udental to my family and friends.
Dr Charng is so gentle and great with patients. He is so sensitive to the touch. My Mom is afraid of dentists, but Dr Charng was able to help through the process. Thank you
I did not see dentist over 2 years due to the terrible and horrible experience with Dr. Cherine Quan in Monterey. Dr. Charng fixed the filling in January 2023. I went again in February to clean my teeth and took x-ray for whole mouth. I was informed that it is fine, but I felt plaque is still there. 4/27 I had bad tooth ache, I went to see him 5/1. Dr. Charng told me to do root canal. But previous x-ray showed nothing wrong. My insurance is Delta and he treated me as Medical patient due to wrong label. Second opinion dentist... read more
