Horrible customer service. I drove 6 hours to get a sample as there was no advertised way to contact. Arrived at quarry and was not allowed on-site which I completely understand due to safety rules. The owner stopped me and with his attitude wouldn't help quick grab samples for me and said to told call the office. Called office next day after driving 6 hours home and she said they would send me samples if I sent a package to do so. Great customer service experience. Interaction with office staff was excellent. Deliver was very prompt. Driver interaction was very professional. Screened sand was a high quality product.
