Incredible food and amazing service! A beautifully designed Afternoon Tea. Thank you to Uday and his team for making my daughters’ 18th and 16th birthdays a huge success. We were a party of 50, yet the service was impeccable from start to finish. Thank you, Rohit ji, and the entire team. Special compliments to the Chef for accommodating our requests and creating a fantastic dining experience for our friends with dietary requirements.
Beware to order a delivery: I’m a frequent customer and have always enjoyed the food, but today’s delivery was extremely disappointing. The biryani was nowhere close to dum biryani—just overly moist rice loaded with chilli powder and turmeric, with no proper masala, flavour, or aroma. It tasted more like vegetable rice than biryani. Really disappointed, especially as a regular customer. Please maintain the same quality for delivery orders as you do for dine-in.
Absolutely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant based on how my situation was handled. I was served a platter that had a hair in the food. Finding a hair in your food is already unpleasant and completely puts you off eating, but what made the experience even worse was the way the restaurant dealt with it when I raised the issue.
