From the moment we walked into the facility until we left, everything went smoothly. We greeted and directed to check in where some came to us personally and took us right to an available receptionist. She greeted us warmly, took my information and promptly gave me the stickers, put a bracelet on my wrist and sent us to the correct floor. Very caring, and knowledgeable to assist me with my care, very good at allowing and answering any questions, support staff are great and work well together,
OSU has shown itself to be a place of outstanding medical professionals, and Dr Bhatt probably tops my list of specialists there. You would be hard pressed to find a friendlier, compassionate, positive, and highly qualified physician. His experience and knowledge is top shelf. His manner makes me look forward to making that drive and seeing him every time.
