Maybe they do a good job, but I wouldn't know because they haven't shown up yet. They were contracted by Comcast to repair the underground line that was accidentally cut by National Grid. The form letter they sent said they'd be here within two weeks of 11/22. It's now been over 3 weeks. I've called several times, left voice mail and sent an email asking when they will be here but have not received a response. Communication = good customer service.
