We had booked a load for pickup today, Monday Oct. 4 and at the last minute the broker cancelled it on us. He mentioned that the customer was not ready to ship this load. My driver was very upset because the shipper had matched the BOL and all details for the load but the broker kept insisting it was cancelled.
