Same experience as others at the Primary Care practice for Dr Sudarshan Bhatt. Very rude front desk staff. I was a few mins late to my appointment but still within the 15 mins grace period, but they had marked me as a no show and refused to see me. Before I arrived I had called their support line and left a message but they claimed they didn’t get any messages. I had an exceptional experience with my PCP Dr. Livtak and could not be more grateful for the care, professionalism, and support I received throughout the process. I should have looked at the reviews. Same thing, saw Galvin Liu for an annual physical, which my insurance covers. His office coded visit and labs as a Diagnostic, leaving me with $1300+ bill. He didn’t clarify what was preventative vs diagnostic. Is this their standard operating practice? How is this even legal?
Do not come here for preventative care. The office will code everything incorrectly and refuse to change it so your insurance will not cover anything. They will also get you to take expensive tests or anything to increase your costs when you do not ask for them. Don’t be fooled thinking that because they are affiliated with a university that these doctors are ethical. They are out to make as much money as possible from FORMER patients like me who were conned into believing that this was a place to receive care.
Super unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
