Zero comparison shown to patients. Was told no kids allowed at appt… so I hired a babysitter for the appt. Between the sitter being 15 mins late and my getting stuck in traffic for 40 mins, yes, I arrived 20 mins late. They said they can’t see me today or anytime soon now… guess I won’t have a 32 wk ultrasound. They showed zero compassion at any point. Even if they did have an opening, I would never ever go here just based on the way that I was treated alone. Hope the sonographer enjoyed her paid hour off at my expense.
I’m assuming mostly pregnant women come here to get ultrasounds. I’m pregnant and when I went in there the front desk girl was eating the smelliest salmon lunch right at the front desk. The smell made me want to throw up instantly but also there’s COVID going around. She was answering the phone with her dirty hands. The whole experience was cringe.
Couldn't ask for a better care team!!
