The OB kept reassuring my wife that her post birth breast pain was normal, refused to order imaging, and was overall dismissive of her concerns. Girl who schedules patients needs training. Calls me up to schedule then doesn't know what days the doctor has available that works well with me then tells me that the latest appointment had just been taken....why even call unless you have your information together.
