WHAT A LACK OF RESPECT! I had an appointment at 2pm. I checked in at 1:55pm on those kiosk and at 2:20pm had to go to the front desk where TWO women were just talking and that’s why I hadn’t been called in. She did not even apologized and just said “oh hi we’ll get you right in”. Then waited 5 more minutes for them to actually call me in. Went in, the nurse hadn’t even read my chart. Amazing, Friendly and professional place. From the front desk to the Nurses, Pharmacy to the Doctors and Advocates.
The women at the front desk are absolutely miserable. I came to meet my mom and sit with her while she was at treatment and upon arrival there were a couple people in line to check in so I passed them and waited away from the front desk to ask where I needed to go to get to the treatment area. The woman at the front desk looked incredibly bothered that I had a question to ask her and wasn’t using the check in system.
