If I could I would give this place 0. They had their HR Department call me one day out of nowhere to tell me that I'm banned from going there with my family member who has lung cancer and needs my support because I'm the only one that she has for support. It hurt her and my feelings and she cried and didn't understand why they banned me from going with her without telling me a reason. Anyone going here please be very careful! We had our first appointment today with Dr. Havard. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr. Havard explained things very well and we left feeling so much better.
WHAT A LACK OF RESPECT! I had an appointment at 2pm. I checked in at 1:55pm on those kiosk and at 2:20pm had to go to the front desk where TWO women were just talking and that’s why I hadn’t been called in. She did not even apologized and just said “oh hi we’ll get you right in”. Then waited 5 more minutes for them to actually call me in. Went in, the nurse hadn’t even read my chart.
